Repair-Service

If it happens that your latex- or rubber product get damaged, we would like it to offer your our service.

Procedure or reparation
1. Please make at first a picture of the whole product and one or more of the damage itself. All Pictures via mail to: shop@heavyrubber-shop.com
2. After checking your mail we will create an estimate and telling you if a reparation would be rewarding, or not.
3. If you are agreeing to our offer, so please send us your latex product clean and with talcum or your rubber product (without talcum) to:

4. After the reparation, we will send you an invoice via mail. After your payment we will send you your fixed product back.
